Processing and Delivery Times
Orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days. Once shipped, the estimated delivery time is 7 to 9 business days, depending on the destination.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination and the weight of the order, and are shown itemized before you complete your purchase, on the checkout page.

Shipping Zones
We ship internationally. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, local customs conditions and carrier availability.

Order Tracking
You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order has shipped.

Customs and Import Duties
For international shipments, the recipient may be responsible for duties, import taxes or other charges applied by the customs authorities of the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or the shipping cost, and are the customer's responsibility.

Delays
Elora is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond its control (customs issues, weather conditions, carrier strikes, etc.), but will do everything possible to keep the customer informed and minimize the impact.
